What happens when my free trial ends?
After 15 days your account is paused until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted: as soon as your plan is active, you pick up exactly where you left off.
Do I need to install anything?
No. TekdotPMS runs in the cloud. Open it in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox on a computer, tablet or phone.
Can I manage more than one hotel?
Yes. Add as many properties as you like to one account and switch between them from the top bar.
How many staff accounts can I create?
As many as you need. Each person gets their own login, and you choose which modules each role can use.
Is my data safe?
Each hotel's data is kept separate from every other account, all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and every important action is written to an audit log.
How do I pay?
Choose a monthly, yearly or one-time plan from inside the app. We'll send payment details and activate your plan as soon as payment is confirmed.
